POSITION DUTIES: Analyze, design, develop, and implement OSS/BSS interfaces with Core Network elements. Implement key OSS/BSS features such as billing mediation, provisioning, data warehouse storage, etc. Work with the cross-functional project teams to develop an OSS/BSS. Use your creativity in developing high-quality user experiences. Follow the established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards. Create cost estimates, ROI analysis, and contribute to project planning.
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: Master or foreign equivalent of in Computer Science or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience with: project management experience; working flow improvement between customer and engineers; pre-sales activity; digital photography, DTV, and other digital technologies for image processing; digital audio technologies; internet technologies for network services/video streaming; Graphic User Interface technologies(2D/3D); electric circuit board analysis and debug; perl/Java/embedded C/C++ programming language; and CAD for electric circuit design.
Experience with the following: Data model and database design using Erwin; SAP Business Objects creating complex performance reports with CDR Live Client on Oracle Data warehouse; implementation and data conversion of billing system with IRB 2.2 (Infinys Rating) and billing system; Data conversion and implementation of Order management and Inventory management with Metasolv 6.0.; design, implementation, and data conversion with ETL methodologies; Oracle 10g/11g, PL/SQL, SQL ,UNIX, SAP Business Objects XI.; and IRB 2.2, Metasolv 6.0, CDR Live client on Oracle Data warehouse.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
