The Senior Loan Officer originates high quality loans while meeting company minimum production standards. The Senior Loan Officer must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The Senior Loan Officer's main focus is bringing in new business and managing the team.
Top 3 Responsibilities and how you will be measured:

1) Generate 50-200 Leads per Month
Measurement: 13+ leads per week or work overtime.
2) Develop and Maintain 25 Realtor Relationships
Measurement: Fill greatness tracker every week.
3) Lead and Manage Yourself and Your Team
Measurement: 95% of loans close on time.

Essential Duties of the Position:

Make ten calls out to obtain new business and set up appointments every day of your business life (Power Hour).
15 face to face meetings with potential borrowers and referral sources every single week without fail.
Two buddy lunches per month.
Birthday program with food and gifts.
Maintain Accounts Pyramid.
400+ person data base (mail every month, call 2x per year).
Maintain 10 business people who refer you and see them every month.
Hire LPII after 6+ closings per month.
Hire LPI after 10+ closings.
Hire Sales Coordinator to talk to 100 Realtors and past clients per week.
Train your team weekly.
Do one monthly outing with your team per week.
Perform semi-annual reviews with all team members.
Teach a lunch and learn at least once per month (same time, location, and day every month).
Take loan applications.
Run daily team meeting same time every day.
Solve escrow issues.
Consistently exceed borrower expectations and Realtor/Builder expectations.
Set up file using the loan officer checklist and turn into processing.
Review all closing statements and compare to signed GFE before signings and correct discrepancies.
Attend all Monday loan reviews.
Attend all bi weekly or weekly Sales Meetings.
Call 30 Realtors every Monday.
Master the Summit Funding Professional Loan Presentation.
How to quote and lock loans.
Obtaining referrals from current clients.
Detailed Pipeline Management.
Exceeding Client expectations.
Extreme drive and work ethic.
Must be properly licensed.
Must be able to cold call new contacts without fear.
Great character.
At least three years prior mortgage lending experience or be hired as a Jr. Loan Officer or Loan Officer Trainee with Summit Funding, Inc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
