ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Essential tasks include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the execution of both small and large capital projects throughout LOOP facilities and will work with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability and Engineering personnel to successfully execute projects from definition, conceptual development, through implementation and start-up ensuring safety and quality in design.
Manage third party engineering providers and contractors responsible for engineering design and construction and will maintain and monitor project progress through scheduling and cost control tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil, required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience as a mechanical, or project engineer in either design or construction of major marine, liquid pipeline and oil movement systems, or engineering management.
Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting and failure analysis within the energy industry is required.
Experience supporting construction and maintenance projects, operating energy production, transportation or processing asset preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
