Position: Regional Sales Manager

Company: LiveNow365 creates and manages the Worlds Ultimate Adventure Clubs. The majority of our Clubs will be located in and around the Greater New Orleans area.
1. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of local sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
2. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
3. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, and one on one cyclical sales meetings by phone with local sales managers.
4. Managing the initial and ongoing training of local sales managers in all aspects of the LiveNow365 concept, our clubs, recruiting and management of sales representatives, and the sales process.
5. Working with the Nation Director of Sales to fine tune sales efforts in your Region in order to meet or exceed our sales goals.
6. Provide support to your local sales managers on questions and requests related to our sales force, members, and club operations.

Prior Experience/Education: Sales Management Experience Preferred, successful Sales Representatives will be considered. College Degree or Equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
