Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
) and network settings Highly professional demeanor and ability to conduct activities with highest degree of confidentiality, integrity and loyalty Proactive mentality and detail-oriented Strong time management skills and written/verbal communication skills Superb organizational skills, flexibility and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable Account Reconciliation Purchasing & Requisition Document Management Research & Data Analysis This position requires candidates available to work:
Monday - Friday, 8.
50 hours/day.
Candidates must also be available to work occasional nights and weekends for completion of small projects or client deadlines Job Type:
