Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper.
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Perform general groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding - Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas - Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration - Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health - Use hand tools and power tools to complete various landscaping tasks - Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas - Assist with the installation of new landscaping features - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance techniques - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
