Pharmacy Tech Phone Agent
Job Description Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers. Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders. Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats. Updates patient records on multiple systems. For additional information about pay ranges, click here.
