This is a remote part-time role that requires some occasional in-person office time in Covington, Louisiana.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Maintain bookkeeping for multiple companies across platforms like QuickBooks Execute bank transfers and money movement Track key financial metrics and performance indicators Create and distribute monthly financial reports Manage company invoices and bill payments Execute ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed Other bookkeeping and financial administration tasks as required Required Skills &
Qualifications:

years experience in bookkeeping or financial coordination High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel Understanding of general business accounting and analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage sensitive financial information securely Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Hours:
Competitive hourly rate of $25-30/hour commensurate with experience Part-time role averaging 15 hours per week.
With increasing hours available as the need arises.
