-Could be considered the heartbeat of the restaurant management staff.
You are the link between the service staff and the managers and have the distinction of being able to experience both sides of the house.
You must have great communication skills and be able to build relationships.
Ultimately you are responsible for running a good shift and building sales.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Manage and supervise store employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manager to ensure adequate stock availability - Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization - Collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets - Assist in employee orientation and training programs Requirements:
-Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays - Previous experience in restaurant management - Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to provide exceptional customer service - Knowledge of restaurant principles and techniques - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and employees Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements, but rather a summary of key responsibilities.
