Desired Candidate MUST live locally in Southeast Louisiana! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated enough to work from home while still maintaining a professional demeanor.
We need someone who can make it their mission to get every customer to smile before they hang up the phone.
You don't need pest control experience to apply! The following qualities will be essential in this position:

Duties You will be expected to supply over-the-top customer satisfaction first and foremost.
Your duties will include scheduling/rescheduling of appointments, basic billing, explaining the features of our service to interested prospects on the phone, and resolving customer concerns over the phone and via email.
This is a work from home position, with 2 weeks of paid on site training at our office.
As such, you will need to have access to a quiet place at home with reliable internet access.
You will need to have access to a home computer or laptop.
A headset will be provided.
Pay/hours Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 2pm-5pm (15 hours weekly).
Pay starts at $12/hour base
bonuses/commissions and will likely average at least $14/hourly or more depending on your skill level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
