Fast-paced environment Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Pull permits & process - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met - Assist with proposals and coordination - Perform general office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of Docs, Word, Excel, Office, or similar software applications - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in using standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners) - Familiarity with solar is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
