Covington, LA Covington, LA $18 an hour $18 an hour POSITION SUMMARY At Your Service by Christwood is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate to keep our growing off campus home services division of Christwood running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity to assist the Executive Director with an array of tasks and projects and provide general administrative support.
10-15 hours a week with some work from home opportunities.
$18/hour Family friendly schedule Flexible hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all persons in a friendly, courteous manner.
Informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, clients, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of At Your Service by Christwood.
Answer all incoming calls; screening and distributing calls to appropriate person, taking and properly distributing telephone and/or other messages as needed.
Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Screen calls and gives callers information as needed on all the services we offer.
Create promotional flyers and collaterals as assigned.
Assist in managing client accounts and perform light bookkeeping.
Help set up and participate in offsite events and meetings as needed.
Order supplies and maintain an inventory for the At Your Service team.
Run errands on and off campus as well as picking up any needed job materials and office supplies.
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence and assist with mass mailings of marketing materials.
Maintain calendars and schedules appointments.
Create and maintain electronic filing system.
Provide additional support as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
Accepts and completes any work or projects given in a timely manner.
Follows up on all clients within 24 hours of service and monthly thereafter.
Uses understanding of facility philosophy and organization structure in responding to residents, clients, visitors, employees, vendors or Department Director comments, requests and complaints, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS Experience in business, customer service, and working with seniors is a plus.
SKILLS Proficient in the use of computer systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, or other design software.
) Experience in business social media management a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, grammar and technical writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills with the ability to anticipate the needs of clients and family members.
Ability to multitask, organize and follow-up with minimal supervision.
Problem solver and critical thinker.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a professional office or hospitality environment, where good communication and client relation skills are essential.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
