Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks - Transcribe notes and documents accurately - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of medical office procedures is beneficial - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with potential for growth.
