Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives Manage and lead teams of estimators, assistants, and office managers to maximize market potential.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships within market.
Ensuring successful completion of job to scope, safety standards and satisfaction of client.
CRM management- (AccuLinx).
Monitor and drive sales producing activity.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and support teams towards sales goals.
Monitor local weather events and direct teams to assist with response.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management or in a similar sales role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies CRM management experience Video conferencing Experience in commercial / residential roofing / insurance claims is a plus - Requirements:
Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass a drug test Currently Hiring for these areas:
Covington Baton Rouge Salary Information:
Base pay, plus commission (highly compensated pay based on experience) Paid Weekly
