The Role You'll Play The Digital Communications manager is responsible for creating relevant and timely messages/content for our customers and building a variety of value-driven campaigns to keep customers informed and engaged, increase customer satisfaction, and further drive customer expansion opportunities.
As the Digital Communications Manager, you will lead the creation, editing, approval, and delivery of customer communications and programs regarding our solutions, services, and organization.
You will manage the overall development, approval process, and execution of customer communications.
In this role, you will also work with representatives from across the business to collaborate and help them address their specific communication needs.
You're Core
Responsibilities:
Managing a robust Customer Success, multi-channel communications calendar Draft and execute value-driven customer communications across all customer audiences, measure impact, and report results Manage the creation, editing, approval, and delivery of all customer communications Collaborate with other departments for product or service communication needs Ensure brand alignment for all communications, including tone, voice, and design Using brand guidelines, create compelling digital graphics to accompany communications Identify and implement communication automation to drive process efficiencies What Success Looks Like:
A successful candidate in this role will implement and track campaigns that:
Increase Veriforce product, feature, and services adoption Promote Customer engagement and retention Increase customer renewals and expansions Increase user responsiveness and engagement through enhanced, multi-channel communications and outreach strategies.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Exceptional written communication skills with a minimum of 1 -3 years of experience in managing customer-facing communications Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability Knowledge of data management principles and the ability to use data insights to develop multi-channel campaigns targeting appropriate customer audiences with the right message, at the right time, in the right place Exceptional project management and multitasking skills A strong eye for storytelling and the ability to target appropriate value messages to the proper customer personas Proficiency in relevant software, such as Content Management Systems (Exact Target, Pardot, etc.
) Adobe Creative Suite products and Canva Salesforce and Customer Success Software experience is a plus! Customer Success Management applications such as Totango or similar Ability to efficiently manage multiple communication campaigns and appropriately prioritize customer outreach initiatives based on outcomes that strategically align to the objectives of the business.
