This is an entry-level position that offers excellent opportunity for career advancement.
As a porter, you'll learn intricacies of Sales and Service department operations in a dealership, which is fantastic preparation for anyone interested in a career in automotive.
Primary focus areas include (1) moving vehicles around the dealership lot and service areas and (2) ensuring vehicles are pick-up or appointment ready.
It is the Porter's responsibility to check the car lot regularly to ensure vehicles are clean, undamaged, and parked properly.
There is very little downtime, and most of a Porter's day is spent outside inspecting, preparing, and moving vehicles.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Must have a clean, valid driver's license Experience driving manual transmissions is preferred Why Baldwin:
