Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in organizing and managing the execution of all affiliated and vendor marketing programs.
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Vendor Marketing & Events, the Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with other members of the Marketing team, Corporate support functions, and vendors to ensure established programs and strategic initiatives are executed in a timely manner and continue to drive a positive impact within the organization.
The ability to manage the complexity of multiple projects with extreme attention to detail, as well as work cross-functionally with excellent communication, is paramount to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Senior Manager, Vendor Marketing, as well as others within the Marketing team to implement a strategic marketing plan and content calendarServes as the day-to-day contact for all vendor marketing partnerships to ensure a seamless execution of B2B and B2C2B marketing programsResponsible for the project management of all vendor marketing programs, corporate tradeshow coordination, and sales team incentive tripsCollaborates with Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to align vendor marketing efforts with company goals and objectivesManages multiple projects from development to implementation, including planning, scoping, creative direction, deliverable trafficking, project communication, and time and budget managementEnsures all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying, communicating and executing process and program improvementsWorks independently with limited supervision and presents forward-thinking solutions and opportunities for program impactAssists with the planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings; some travel requiredRequirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, advertising or related degree1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising roleExpert project management skills with the ability to multi-task, while still maintaining a high quality of workAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet tight deadlinesMust be a solution-oriented and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to project and program managementMust have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and public speaking, as well as strong written and communication skillsStrong PowerPoint expertise; graphic design and copywriting a plusBilingual, Military, Military Spouses and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
