Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
Open for business in the mornings.
Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Assign repair orders to techs.
Communicate with techs about vehicle recommended repairs and maintenance.
Generate estimates and advise customers of vehicle recommended repairs and maintenance.
Help control the workflow of the shop.
Quality control checks vehicles for cleanliness after repair.
Maintain business KPI goals.
Maintain a clean and organized customer area.
Close business at the end of day.
Make sure vehicles are locked and shop doors are locked.

Clean and well groomed.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
5 years experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor.
