Summary:Responsible for actively working with employees to achieve healthier lifestyle habits through education and awareness. This position will work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico as well as in Covington, LA.

Work collaboratively with coworkers to engage the population in health and wellness initiates.
Source, research or otherwise supply the health and wellness-focused information required to educate the population on wellness and it's benefits;
Finalize a program design for each plan year that is executable, scalable and understandable;
Develop and maintain method for tracking employee compliance with annual programs
Take action to implement designated portions of the program:
Direct and manage all activity associated with annual onsite clinical screenings and work to improve participation year over year;
Direct and manage all activity associated with corporate-sponsored programs but also work as requested with field contacts to design and execute unit, region or divisional wellness events;
Seek out new, affordable resources internally to further the 'movement';
Organize and lead regular meetings with 'wellness committee members'; Coordinate these members to assist in designated tasks associated with the program;
Develop routine reporting that measures participation, outcomes and health improvements;
Conduct audits of food service providers to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Inspect emergency medical equipment to ensure adequate supplies are maintained and within expiration dates.
Observe and evaluate employee's health and wellness habits, their readiness to modify behaviors and engage them in using site specific health and wellness programs to assist in positive changes.
Assist in the development, promotion and delivery of health and wellness initiatives.
Utilize standard protocols to perform health and wellness orientations and demonstrations as needed.
Direct an annual review of the program to consider and analyze improvements.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to travel.
Excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills
Previous oil and gas industry experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in health or fitness related field required
Must be able to work with a wide variety of personalities.
Proficient in the use of PC applications such as Microsoft Office products, (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively, in verbal or written forms, with employees, customers, or the general public.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
