The Paralegal will be responsible for all administrative duties, as well as additional legal duties. The paralegal must be able to draft pleadings, review and answer discovery, and type all transmittals and time slips. The paralegal must have excellent customer service skills, as he/she will be interacting with clients face-to-face, on the phone, and through email correspondence, scheduling meetings.
